Could the Window Sensor placed on a floor unintentionally control the split of another floor/room?

No, there is no possibility that the 2 Window Sensors can interfere, as they are associated with each other (receiver and magnetic bars) via a digital signature, not a radio frequency.
In other words, each "window - receiver" pair is UNIQUE, and it is impossible for it to inadvertently control another.
You can use our air conditioning window sensors without any worries that they will interfere with each other.
